Meet Our Management Team


President and Director

Jodi serves as President and Director for Sustainable Sourcing. She started her career at KPMGs Chicago audit practice in 1998. She also gained practical experience working as a controller at a regional architecture firm and in accounting rolls at both Northern Trust and Navistar. She has built a comprehensive skill set with experience in audits, compilations, budgeting and business planning. With nearly 15 years of experience Jodi brings significant real world experience to our team. Jodi earned her degree in accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Illinois CPA Society. Jodi also earned a masters degree in History from DePaul University.


Clinton Plant Director

Scott Lewis serves as the Clinton Plant Director for Sustainable Sourcing. Scott started his career at DSM Engineering Plastics in 1992 working in Research and Development, and throughout his career has held various positions including Process/Plant Engineer, Quality Manager and Plant Manager within the manufacturing fields of Plastics, Home Appliances, Medical Devices and Pharmaceuticals. In 2012 he joined Sustainable Sourcing as the Plant Manager where he continues to increase his knowledge of the Fats and Oil Business. He has a BS in Management from the University of Southern Indiana and an MBA from Murray State University.



Sarah Neighbors is the Controller for Sustainable Sourcing LLC. She started her career in Financial Reporting at Equity Residential. After 6 years, Sarah then pursued a different career path by becoming a Banker.   She served as Accounting Manager and developed into the CFO at Town Center Bank where she also was the Corporate Secretary. Sarah was responsible for overseeing the overall accounting and financial reporting functions at the community bank. She also gained knowledge in Human Resources and Information Technology. She has been able to bring her diverse skills into her new role. Sarah earned her degree in accounting from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Illinois CPA Society.

Supply Chain Manager

Kyle Wiley serves as the Supply Chain Manager for Sustainable Sourcing where he will lead all things supply chain from sourcing, procurement, and logistics. Prior to joining the Sustainable Sourcing team, he held various roles at US Foods starting in 2017 as a Buyer and last held the role of Logistics Optimization Manager. Kyle earned his degree in Corporate Communications from Dominican University in 2005 and earned his MBA with a Global Supply Chain concentration in 2021.

David Ciarlette was a cofounder and owner of Sustainable Sourcing LLC and served as the company’s CEO.  He built a strong leadership team throughout the years and was well respected by others in the fats and oils industry.
